What happens in your session?

Your sessions are 1:1 with Coach Kat

CHECK IN

A brief check‑in to talk through how you’re feeling, what’s been happening with your training, work and life, and any niggles or worries we need to factor in.

2.

MOVEMENT, STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE WORK

A tailored mix of warm‑up, strength and conditioning, and (where relevant) running or movement technique coaching, so you’re not just “doing a workout” but learning how to move well.

3.

COACHED MAIN SESSION

Focused sets and exercises, coached rep by rep. Kat will watch your form, adjust loads or drills and explain why you’re doing what you’re doing, so each session moves you closer to your goals.

4.

CLEAR NEXT STEPS BETWEEN SESSIONS

You finish with clear guidance on what to do before you next meet – whether that’s runs, gym work, home exercises or recovery – so you’re never guessing when you train on your own.

Why choose 1:1 coaching with Kat? 

With a background in PE teaching, personal training and coaching runners, Kat is used to working with real people, real lives and real bodies – not just “ideal” athletes. Sessions are tailored around your goals, your schedule and your energy, so training supports your life rather than taking it over.​

Kat’s approach brings together strength and conditioning, running and movement coaching, and injury‑aware programming, with easy communication between your sessions when needed. And because she works as part of the wider My Complete Health team, your coaching can dovetail with chiropractic care, sports massage or Strength & Rehab if you ever need extra support.

How booking works

When you book your 1:1 Coaching sessions online, you are first choosing a time for your initial phone consultation.
During this call, Kat will confirm your goals and what you are looking for and discuss the best location. (
Available within a 3-mile radius from GU21 7SE).

If you have booked a track session, Kat will then check availability and booking.

After your call, your 1:1 sessions are scheduled from there, at times that work with your routine.  

1:1 Coaching bookings are made via our My Complete Health online booking system. When you click “ Book now”, select the My Complete Health location, then choose 1:1 Coaching options and a time for your phone consultation.

Note- Track- based sessions will be located at Woking Sportsbox.

Track Sessions

Great if you’d like coached sessions on the track, with pacing, technique and session structure taken care of for you.

  • Ideal for runners looking to refine performance on the track
  • Warm-up and cool-down guidance to enhance performance
  • Goal-oriented training (e.g., improving speed or mastering interval workouts)
  • Expert advice on technique and pacing

How 1:1 Coaching fits with your other options:

Runner’s MOT – ideal if you want a one‑off deep dive into your running technique and training, with the option to continue into 1:1 or online coaching afterwards.

Online Coaching – best if you like structure and regular support but don’t need to see Kat in person every week, or live further away

Strength & Rehab – for times when injury or post‑surgery rehab needs to be the main focus, with 1:1 Coaching added later as you return to full training.
