Founded by Titleist, TPI has studied thousands of golfers—from top professionals to amateurs—to understand how the body influences the golf swing. Their research led to the development of a comprehensive system that evaluates a golfer’s physical capabilities and how those capabilities affect performance. How TPI Works

Our TPI-certified professional uses a 16-point physical screening to assess mobility, stability, strength, and balance. This screening identifies physical limitations that may be affecting your swing. From there, a personalised program is created to improve movement patterns, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance.

Unlock your golf potential with a full TPI Certified movement screen. This 45-minute session includes a comprehensive physical assessment, analysis of how your body impacts your swing, and a personalised training plan to take away. Perfect for golfers looking to improve performance, address limitations, or reduce injury risk.

Golf Performance Follow-Up
£ 60

A 30-minute follow-up session to reassess your movement, track your progress, and refine your personalised training plan. Ideal 4–6 weeks after your initial TPI screening to keep you improving and playing at your best.
