To help keep everyone safe on our weekly social runs, we ask runners to take responsibility for their own health, listen to run leaders, follow road and path rules, and run within their limits. Please also make sure you have suitable kit for the conditions – for example high‑visibility clothing and a head torch in darker months, and enough water to stay hydrated in warmer weather.
Before you join us, please read and complete the waiver below so we know you understand and accept these risks.
Under 18?
Runners aged under 18 must have signed consent from a parent or legal guardian and be accompanied by a responsible adult during sessions. Please fill out both waivers.
