DAY & TIME
Monday’s
Run starts at 6pm
If you want to join our warm up first, this starts at 5:45pm
DISTANCE
Distances will be between 5–10 km, and the route for each week will be shared in advance on social media.
You only need to be able to complete the distance of that week’s route (for example 5 km on a shorter week, or up to 10 km on a longer one).
ABILITIES
All welcome, but you should be able to complete the distance of that week’s route at an easy pace. (5 km on shorter weeks, up to 10 km on longer weeks, with walk breaks if needed).
Coach Kat will be running at the back so no one is left behind.
Running Routes:
We’ll have a few different routes to add some variety. Routes will be published each week via our social media so you can see the distance and route in advance.
Please familiarise yourself with the route before each run. We’ll share maps and directions beforehand so you can review the route and know where you’re going. This helps us keep everyone safe, saves time at the start, and makes it easier for the run leaders to look after the whole group.
We know lots of people say, “I don’t know where I’m going, I’ll just follow someone”… which is fine – as long as that person actually knows where they’re going! Otherwise it can quickly turn into you all getting lost and us having to send out a search party – so a quick look at the route beforehand really helps.

Expectations & Safety
To help keep everyone safe on our weekly social runs, we ask runners to take responsibility for their own health, listen to run leaders, follow road and path rules, and run within their own limits. Please also bring suitable kit for the conditions – for example high‑visibility clothing and a head torch in darker months, and enough water to stay hydrated in warmer weather.
Our social runs are friendly and inclusive, and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. If possible, please review the map and directions before the run so you’re familiar with the route – we’ll still go over key points at the start, but detailed walkthroughs will only be needed occasionally. Please arrive a few minutes early, look out for each other, and let the run leader know if you feel unwell, need to slow down, or plan to leave the run early.
Under 18s: Runners under 18 are welcome but must have a parent/guardian complete our waiver forms in advance and must be accompanied on the run by a responsible adult who stays with them throughout.
We have a Health & Safety and Safeguarding policy in place for our social runs. If you’d like to see a copy, just ask at the clinic or drop us an email.
