Meet Coach Kat
Katherine Hewitson (“Coach Kat”) is a UK Athletics Level 3 endurance coach with years of experience helping runners from first‑time 5K finishers to marathon PB‑chasers. She combines evidence‑based training with real‑world experience to build realistic, personalised programmes that fit around work, family life and busy schedules.

COMPLETE A SHORT ONBOARDING FORM
Fill in a quick online form to tell us about your goals, current running, injury history and weekly routine, then choose your coaching package and set up your secure weekly payment.
2.
RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALISED 2- WEEK TRAINING BLOCK (PLUS A CALL)
We review your answers and arrange a short phone call to clarify your goals and schedule, then build a tailored 2‑week training block around your lifestyle, races and current fitness, and send it to your chosen app or watch so you know exactly what to do on each day.

TRAIN WITH ONGOING WHATSAPP SUPPORT
As you work through the plan, you can check in with your coach via WhatsApp for questions, tweaks and reassurance, so you’re never left guessing whether you’re doing the right thing.
4.
YOUR PLAN ADAPTS BASED ON FEEDBACK, PROGRESS AND REAL LIFE
Every 2 weeks we update your training based on how you’re feeling, your feedback, your data and what life throws at you, so your plan always matches your real world, not just the perfect scenario on paper.
