Why Our Clients Trust Us: Real Stories, Real Results
I highly recommend Kat as a coach! I’ve struggled with back issues for a while, and Kat has worked with me to tailor a fitness plan that not only strengthens my body but also prioritises my spinal health. Her knowledge of anatomy and her ability to adjust exercises to fit my needs has made a huge difference. She’s patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress. Thank you, Kat!

Loved having kat as my coach. Engaging, understanding and totally committed to helping me to become a better runner as well as making sure I kept up my strength training. Checked in with me on a regular basis and gave constructive feedback.

Kat has provided me with excellent coaching for over a year now. I initially wanted help with running technique, both to get quicker and to do so in a way which prevented injury. I opted for an online training plan as well as in person run training. I have been beyond impressed by Kat as a coach. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone wanting to improve their running and/or fitness.
