Strength & Rehab sessions are a focused way to build back strength, control and confidence after injury or time off. Working in our dedicated rehab space, you’ll follow a structured plan with guidance on technique, clear exercises to work on at home and the option to combine sessions with chiropractic care, sports massage or running coaching as part of a joined-up plan.
What is Strength & Rehab?
Strength & Rehab focuses on improving how your body moves, rather than just working harder in the gym. Sessions combine targeted strength work, mobility and control to support areas that have been injured or overloaded, and to prevent problems from returning. It’s ideal as a bridge between hands‑on treatment and getting back to the activities you love.

We start with an assessment to understand your history, movement patterns and goals.

PLAN
From there, you receive a structured rehab plan with clear exercises tailored to your body and activity.

TRAIN IN OUR REHAB ROOM
In our dedicated rehab space at the clinic, we ‘put you through your paces’ with guided exercises so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.
4.
CONTINUE AT HOME AS PART OF A JOINED UP PLAN
You’ll have exercises to work on at home between sessions, and your rehab can be combined with chiropractic care, sports massage or running coaching so everything works together as one plan.

Yes. Once you’ve been cleared to exercise, we can help you rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after surgeries such as knee, hip or shoulder operations.
This varies from person to person. Some people feel more confident after a few sessions, while others prefer regular check-ins over several weeks to support their progress.
